Sacred Heart Welcomes Back Young Alumnae to Kick Off Thanksgiving Break
November 14, 2012
Sacred Heart Academy will welcome back graduates from the past four years on Wednesday, November 21, the day before Thanksgiving. As members of the Classes of 2009, 2010, 2011, and 2012 return home to their families for the feast of Thanksgiving, they are also invited to return to Sacred Heart to share their thoughts on life beyond the walls of SHA with current seniors.
Young alumnae will gather in the lecture hall to lead a panel discussion and host an open forum about life in college from the perspective of a Sacred Heart Academy graduate. Following the discussion, young alumnae will have the opportunity to visit with faculty and current students during the annual tailgate, which will include a Powder Puff game.
Last year, 123 alumnae returned for Young Alum Day. We hope to welcome back even more of our most recent graduates this time around! Alumnae can register for this event online at www.sacredhearthamden.org or by contacting Sr. Mariette Moan, ASCJ ’77, Director of Alumnae Relations at firstname.lastname@example.org or 203-288-2309, x313.
