National Latin Honor Society Inducts New Members

May 5, 2017

Six sophomores were recently inducted into the Latin National Honor Society. Inductees have earned a 90% or higher in Latin for three consecutive semesters and consistently demonstrate academic integrity, intellectual curiosity, and dedication to excellence. The National Latin Honor Society promotes high standards of scholarship, rewards scholastic achievement, and encourages appreciation for different cultures and language learning. Latin educator Jessica Kapteyn, Ph.D. presided over the ceremony, which was held in conjunction with the National French, Spanish, and Chinese inductions.
We congratulate the following students on their accomplishments in Latin:

Clare Bassano ’19
